Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent work-related experience in securities/financial services
• Financial services and/or sales experience
• Licensing, registrations or certifications required within FINRA/SEC guidelines

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies.
• Deeply understand clients' needs to create personalized strategies to help them achieve goals.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure high-quality client experience and compliance with policies.
• Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan.
• Create an engaging environment in the branch of mutual trust, respect and accountability.
