Qualifications

• Licenses Series 7 and Series 66 are required.
• Experience in financial services with client exposure and investment products.
• State insurance licenses preferred.
• CFP or CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER and/or CRPC or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor designations are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies.
• Understand clients' needs to accelerate trust and create personalized strategies.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure high-quality client experience and compliance.
• Engage the branch to implement the business plan and improve results.
• Create an engaging, respectful branch environment with accountability.
• Complete ongoing training and maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.
