Qualifications

• Professional or military career progression considered.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients via face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing.
• Understand clients’ needs to create personalized strategies.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure a high‑quality client experience.
• Engage the branch team to monitor and adjust the branch business plan.
• Create an engaging environment of trust, feedback, and accountability.
