Qualifications

• FINRA registrations and ongoing licensing/training required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients via in-person and virtual sourcing strategies.
• Understand clients’ needs to create personalized strategies to reach their goals.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure quality client experiences and regulatory compliance.
• Engage the branch team to monitor and adjust the branch business plan for growth.
• Create an engaging branch environment built on trust, respect, and accountability.
