Qualifications

• Series 7 and Series 66 required.
• Experience in financial services with client interactions.
• State insurance licenses preferred.
• CFP or CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER and/or CRPC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing.
• Deeply understand clients' and prospective clients' needs to deliver personalized strategies.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure a high-quality, compliant client experience.
• Engage the branch team to implement the branch business plan and drive results.
• Create a engaging environment built on mutual trust, respect, feedback and accountability.
• Complete ongoing training to maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.
