Edward Jones is seeking a Financial Advisor to help clients reach long-term financial goals through personalized investment solutions. You’ll work with a branch team and home-office support to build your practice, leveraging a nationwide training program and a comprehensive compensation plan.

The role offers a structured starting salary, ongoing training, licensing support, and opportunities for commissions and asset-based compensation as you grow your client base.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience in securities/financial services.
• Financial services and/or sales experience.
• Licensing: SIE, Series 7 and 66; FINRA registrations within three months.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships to create new clients via in-person and virtual sourcing.
• Understand clients' needs and create personalized financial strategies.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure high-quality client experiences and regulatory compliance.
• Engage the branch team to implement and adjust the business plan.
• Create a engaging branch environment based on mutual trust and accountability.
