Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent work-related experience in securities/financial services.
• Financial services experience and/or sales experience.
• Financial services registrations/certifications required (SIE, Series 7, Series 66 within 3 months; state licenses as applicable).
• FINRA registrations required within three months; ongoing regulatory training mandated.
• Edward Jones offers comprehensive training and licensing to support advisor careers.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies.
• Deeply understand clients' needs to create personalized financial strategies.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure a high-quality client experience.
