Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Supervisor in the Manufacturing sector. You will lead safety and health programs, conduct audits, monitor KPIs, and manage PPE while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene, or related field required.
• 3+ years of manufacturing safety experience.
• Certifications such as CSP, ASP, CHST, OHST or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with food safety, OSHA regulations, safety management systems, and incident reporting.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols in manufacturing.
• Ability to monitor safety KPIs and analytics.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Experience managing PPE stocks and costs.
• Experience with workers' compensation claims.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement safety and health programs in compliance with regulations including OSHA.
• Conduct regular safety audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
• Monitor safety metrics and KPIs; provide reports to management.
• Manage PPE supply usage and costs.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with management to foster a safety culture.
