Job summary

Jobot, a large beverage manufacturing and distribution leader, seeks an experienced Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) leader for a multi-shift operation in Southern California. You will shape the EHS strategy, engage leadership, and drive safety across plant, warehouse, and fleet activities.

You will own regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and RCRA, lead audits and incident investigations, deliver frontline training, and deploy continuous improvement initiatives to protect workers and

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing or multi-site operations.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; 9+ years experience accepted in lieu.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, RCRA and environmental compliance.
• Hands-on audits, risk assessments, incidents, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Experience managing wastewater, stormwater, hazardous materials, and air/environmental permitting.
• Ability to translate regulations into practical, operating solutions.
• Strong communication and ability to influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS strategy across plant floor, warehouse, fleet, and distribution.
• Partner with operational leaders to reduce injuries and environmental risk.
• Lead audits, investigations, and corrective actions; ensure compliance.
• Manage environmental programs (waste, water, hazardous materials, permits).
• Develop and deliver EHS training; drive engagement.
• Track safety metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting and government interactions.
• Prepare for emergencies and crisis management.
