Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Manager to drive safety, regulatory compliance, and process improvements across our facility. The role emphasizes developing and maintaining robust EHS programs, supporting emergency response, and engaging with operations to reduce risks.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least three years of EHS experience, with strong communication and leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Health, Safety, Engineering, or related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in EHS field.

Responsibilities

• Drive Safety, Compliance and Process improvement throughout the facility.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable EHS policies and procedures.
• Develops and maintains safety systems, policies, and procedures for the site.
• Lead Emergency Response roles and responsibilities per site plan.
• Collaborate with departments to improve employee engagement and reduce at-risk behaviors.
• Manage KPI improvements related to safety.
• Perform risk assessments and work with employees on risk reduction.
• Lead root cause analyses on near-misses and action items.
• Maintain internal and external documentation and timely reporting.
• Ensure equipment and facilities comply with regulatory and site requirements.
