Eco Garage Door Services seeks a Business Development & Dispatch Coordinator to connect customers, technicians, and leadership. You will handle scheduling, dispatch, outbound sales, and lead generation to drive growth while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This role requires strong communication, phone confidence, organization, and a proactive sales mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
1+ year of customer service, dispatching, scheduling, call center, sales, or administrative experience.
Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging prospective customers.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organization and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and assist customers with scheduling service, repairs, and installations.
Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, scheduling updates, and customer retention.
Conduct cold calls and outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities.
Follow up with past customers, property managers, home builders, and referral partners.
Identify customer needs and confidently recommend products and services.
Meet or exceed sales, bookings, and customer service goals.
