The Business Development & Dispatch Coordinator role connects customers, technicians, and leadership, combining service, scheduling, dispatch, and sales to drive growth while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year in customer service, dispatching, scheduling, call center, sales, or admin work.
• Comfort with outbound calls and engaging prospects.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls to schedule service, repairs, and installations.
• Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations and customer retention.
• Conduct cold calls and prospecting to generate new business.
• Coordinate with customers, managers, and technicians for appointments and dispatch.
• Identify needs and recommend products and services; close opportunities.
• Manage technician schedules and dispatch activities daily.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer data, notes, estimates, and payments.
• Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and service questions.
• Meet or exceed sales, booking, and service goals.
