You will engage potential customers through phone, email, video, and social channels, building relationships with decision-makers and coordinating with Sales, Marketing, and Solutions Design to move opportunities forward. The ideal candidate will excel at outbound outreach, prospect intelligence, and maintaining accurate Salesforce records

Qualifications

• Previous experience engaging with customers or prospective customers.

• Experience leveraging social media and networks to identify prospects.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage targeted prospects via multiple channels to identify opportunities.
• Conduct outbound prospecting to reach key decision-makers and qualify needs.
• Research target companies and decision-makers to develop actionable prospect intelligence.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to generate campaigns and opportunities.
• Work with Solutions Design to transition opportunities to Enterprise Sales teams.
• Maintain up-to-date prospect information and next steps in Salesforce.
