Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.
• Minimum of one year of management experience or completion of a management training program.
• Experience achieving sales, portfolio growth or profitability goals.
• Experience making lending, collection or customer account decisions.
• Experience managing delinquency, collections or portfolio performance.
• Experience leading and developing employees.

Responsibilities

• Meet branch goals for loan growth, tax production, profitability and portfolio performance.
• Grow branch through outreach, referrals, community engagement and networking.
• Review, approve and close loans within guidelines.
• Manage delinquency and collections to minimize losses.
• Lead, train and coach branch staff and maintain performance standards.
• Oversee operations and ensure policy compliance.
