Job summary

Help Hands Family in the United States seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in clinics, homes, or community settings. You will implement sessions designed by a BCBA and collect behavior data to track progress.

You will train in HHF’s RBT program, benefit from paid training, travel time reimbursement, and career growth through HHF Fellowship and Rise programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; further study in human services preferred.
• Comfort working with children and families.
• Ability to walk, run, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication with clients' families and team.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement.
• Implement therapy sessions designed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with the team.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Associate or Bachelor's degree in a human services area (preferred)
