The role requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and the ability to pass background checks. You will work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for advancement within EZCORP's store network.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and directions to Team Members to maximize store performance.

• Complete and oversee accurate sales and loans transactions.
• Analyze reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and team engagement.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, and training.
• Guide Team Members to align daily goals with company objectives.
• Conduct regular 1:1s and manage daily operations.
• Possess and utilize a personal vehicle for business needs.
