Qualifications

• 1 year minimum in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months in a supervisory or lead role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer software.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and build new business.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with strong customer service.
• Maintain POS data accuracy and support store operations.
• Provide coaching to Customer Service Representatives when applicable.
• Perform duties outside of the office including on-site audits and marketing.
• Maintain secure cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
