Community Choice Financial Family of Brands in Magee, MS seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support customers with real financial needs while gaining hands-on experience running a store and developing leadership skills in real time through account management, outreach, and risk management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering tailored financial services.
• Assess risk of transactions, process loan/pawn applications and check cashing.
• Lead daily outreach campaigns to grow business and relationships.
• Support and coach Customer Service Representatives as needed.
• Maintain POS data accuracy and store cleanliness.
