Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with phones, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required per law.
• Must meet physical demands of the role (standing most of the day, lifting up to 25 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications and other transactions.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and build relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with focus on customer service.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system accurately.
• Provide support and coaching to Customer Service Representatives as needed.
• Perform duties outside of the office as required (on-site visits, store errands).
• Maintain security protocols and conduct opening/closing procedures, including vault management.
