Job summary

Goodyear is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to gain hands-on experience in one of our Auto Service centers. You will engage guests, connect with technicians, and drive service performance through effective scheduling and workflow management.

You will contribute to training, explain warranties and promotions, and help maintain a safe, clean guest area while supporting tire and service sales goals. This role offers growth within the Goodyear service network.

Qualifications

• Automotive service department experience
• Valid driver's license
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Drive and reach sales goals through guest interactions including tire and service sales
• Build guest relationships and liaise between technicians and guests to ensure satisfaction
• Effectively manage the service department as needed
• Contribute to training and development of service department associates
• Explain warranties, promotions, and advertisements to guests
• Make recommendations based on manufacturing guidelines using available tools
• Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area
• Perform manual tasks including lifting tires and wheels as needed
