• Develop leadership to GM level within a year; partner with GM to run store and drive growth.
• Hit sales goals through fast, friendly service and strong customer connections.
• Lead with calm professionalism in problem resolution and day-to-day operations.
• Oversee cash handling, store funds, and inventory control; limit waste and manage dates.
• Create an environment that supports team success and positive guest experiences.
