Caribou Coffee in Minnesota is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to develop future leaders and think strategically about the store and district growth. This growth role partners with the General Manager to run the store and serve the community.

You will lead with core values, drive sales through speed and service, and grow your leadership from shift to GM. This role emphasizes development, problem-solving, and a learner’s mindset within Caribou’s brand.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in restaurant/retail with strong customer service.
• Availability for early mornings, evenings, some holidays or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrates doing of Team Member and Shift Leader with enthusiasm and excellence.
• Develops business understanding toward GM level within a year.
• Builds joyful connections with guests and teaches the team to do the same.
• Drives sales through speed and service with calm, professional leadership.
• Manages cash handling and store funds while on shift.
• Maintains inventory, controls waste, rotates stock as needed.
• Leads with a global view of the Caribou brand across levels.
