Qualifications

• 1–3 years restaurant/retail experience with strong customer service.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead team development toward General Manager level within a year.
• Hit sales goals through speed and service with a customer-first mindset.
• Oversee cash-handling, store funds, inventory, ordering, and waste controls.
• Embody Caribou's core values in daily interactions and leadership.
