• Demonstrates the DOING of Team Member and Shift Leader with enthusiasm and excellence
• Develops understanding of the business to the level of a General Manager over the course of a year
• Leads problem resolution with calm professionalism and a commitment to listening to understand
• Holds store funds while on shift by enforcing cash-handling policies
• Places, receives, and verifies orders; conducts inventory; controls waste and dates and rotates inventory
