• Partner with GM to run store and drive sales growth.
• Engages with customers to create day-making experiences.
• Oversees daily operations, cash handling and inventory control.
• Remains calm and professional, resolves guest issues promptly.
• Connects daily tasks to overall store performance and P&L.
