Job summary

Millennium Bank is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations and deliver exceptional customer service in Vero Beach, FL. This role supports the Branch Manager and ensures staff perform all operational tasks accurately and compliantly.

The ABM will mentor staff, coordinate schedules, manage cash handling, and contribute to sales referrals and cross-selling initiatives, while upholding bank policies and customer satisfaction standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum Associates Degree preferred.
• Previous banking experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Federal Regulations including BSA, CRA, Regulation B/E/CC, and GLBA.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees banking services and customer service to ensure excellence.
• Assists lenders and processes loan documents and inquiries.
• Schedules branch personnel and ensures security policies and procedures.
• Mentors staff and provides on‑the‑job training for new hires.
• Reviews timecards and manages branch staff performance.
