Job summary

GreenWaste is seeking an Accounts Manager to support facilities with full new-business development from prospecting through onboarding. You will manage existing customer relationships, build a strong sales pipeline tracked in CRM, and prepare pricing proposals and service agreements.

Responsibilities include coordinating with operations, finance, and customer service, resolving escalations, and supporting risk assessments for potential customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales-related roles.
• Valid Driver’s license is required.
• Proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Own full new-business development cycle from prospecting to onboarding.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and track results in CRM.
• Prepare and present pricing proposals, RFP responses, and service agreements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver on customers’ expectations.
• Resolve customer escalations while maintaining high satisfaction.
