Job summary

INFINIUM Wall Systems is seeking a Director of Growth Operations and Organizational Development to lead adjacent growth initiatives and scale new ventures. This hands-on leader will align strategy with execution, shaping talent, structure, and culture.

The role reports to the VP of Strategic Growth and Organizational Development and requires strong cross-functional coordination, HR expertise, and a track record of scaling operations in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in growth operations or organizational development leadership.
• Proven ability to scale a company, business unit, or new venture from concept to execution.
• Experience building organizational structures, teams, operating processes, management systems, and performance measures.
• Strong HR and people-operations background with executive presence.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize adjacent growth opportunities from concept to launch and scale.
• Design and build the operating model with the Leadership Team, defining structure, value chain, roles, workflows, metrics, and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution, remove obstacles, and ensure strategy becomes measurable action.
• Develop workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, performance expectations, leadership development, and succession planning.
• Create repeatable playbooks, operating rhythms, scorecards, processes, and organizational systems for future growth platforms.
• Maintain Infinium's culture and operating standards across new ventures.
