Job summary

INFINIUM Wall Systems is seeking aDirector of Growth Operations and Organizational Development to lead the design, build, and scale of adjacent growth initiatives. This hands-on role will turn strategic directions into executable plans, establish org structure, cadence, and metrics, and ensure alignment with culture and performance standards.

The role requires 10+ years in growth operations, HR, and org development, with experience scaling a company or new ventures.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience spanning growth operations, organizational development, HR, people operations, business operations, transformation, or related leadership responsibilities.
• Demonstrated ability to take broad or ambiguous strategic initiatives from concept through measurable execution.
• Experience building organizational structures, teams, operating processes, and performance measures in evolving environments.
• Substantial HR and organizational-development experience with strong business judgment and leadership presence.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize growth opportunities by translating strategic objectives into sequenced, executable plans.
• Build the operating model with Leadership Team and functional leaders, defining structure, value chain, roles, workflows, metrics, and milestones.
• Quarterback cross-functional execution by coordinating resources, removing obstacles, and ensuring direction becomes action.
• Develop workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, performance expectations, leadership development, succession planning, and HR systems.
• Partner with Leadership Team to align resources and priorities while preserving Infinium's culture and standards.
• Identify and onboard leaders for new ventures and strengthen leadership bench as responsibilities expand.
• Create repeatable playbooks, operating rhythms, scorecards, processes, and organizational systems for future growth platforms.
