Job summary

Product Pulse is seeking a Chief of Staff to be the CEO's right hand, guiding strategic projects across growth, fundraising, hiring, expansion, customer success, and operations. You will work directly with Zach on high-impact initiatives designed to move the needle quickly.

You’ll balance customer onboarding and support for enterprise clients with building scalable processes, automation, and tools, plus lead strategic projects in events and recruiting to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

1-4 years of experience in a fast-paced operations environment (startups, consulting, banking, comparable).
Demonstrated track record of building things, launching projects, and shipping on tight timelines.
Brings order to chaos: organized, structural thinker who can turn a messy problem into a plan.
Top 1% communicator: clear, well-liked, navigates tricky high-conflict situations with tact.
Low ego: jumps on bugs, takes late-night support tickets, does whatever it takes.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic projects across growth, fundraising, hiring, and expansion (CEO's force multiplier).
Oversee customer onboarding, activation, and support for enterprise customers.
Build the processes, automations, and tools for the next 1,000 customers; optimize infrastructure.
Spec product improvements based on customer and team feedback.
Special projects (growth, events, recruiting) that are strategically important.
