NeverStopMoving365 in Lancaster County seeks a growth-minded business partner to scale movement-based programming across the territory. This role blends sales, outreach, and operations to ensure programs run smoothly and partnerships flourish.

You will develop schools, preschools, PTAs, and community groups; manage a local marketing plan; track KPI; and help build infrastructure for new programs while delivering measurable revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Business development and cold outreach to schools, preschools, PTAs, camps, recreation departments, daycares, community organizations and other prospective partners.
• Grassroots local marketing through flyers, yard signs, events and relationship-building.
• Social media outreach generating conversations, leads and local brand awareness.
• Manage sales pipeline from first contact through next steps.
• Budget and expense management with attention to revenue and margins.
• Track weekly and monthly KPI: leads, proposals, bookings, revenue, payroll and expenses.
• Identify growth opportunities and help build infrastructure for new programs and coaches.
