The Corporate Growth (CG) team leads SPA’s business development activities in defense and civilian markets. Responsibilities include capture and proposal management, pipeline development, GWAC management, research, and strategic partnerships.

We have an immediate need for a Growth Operations Manager to support growth activities within an assigned Division. The role involves working directly with leadership to strategize and implement growth plans, coordinate activities, and serve as a liaison between the Division and the CG team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and support Division growth objectives and strategies.
  • Identify and develop plans for new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate business development, capture, and proposal efforts.
  • Support capture readiness, solutioning, storyboarding, and reviews.
  • Develop briefings, participate in industry events, and respond to market research requests.
  • Build relationships at networking events, conferences, and industry meetings.
  • Collaborate across Divisions and oversee pipeline data.
  • Report on growth activities, including pipeline status and upcoming bids.
  • Assist in developing RFI responses and proposal development.
  • Compile data to support growth metrics and outcomes.
  • Attend weekly CG and Division meetings.

Qualifications

  • Current Top Secret (TS) clearance or ability to obtain one; TS/SCI a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 7 years of federal business development experience.
  • Experience with large, prime contracts ($100M+).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Business development training (e.g., Shipley).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Comfortable briefing senior management.
  • Flexible, results-driven, and able to work long hours if needed.
  • Reports to Alexandria, VA, with full-time work based on client needs.
