Job description

At AssistIQ we are dedicated to creating a more efficient and transparent healthcare supply chain by fixing one of the core problems - health systems and providers lack accurate data and insights on their supply and implant usage. Our AI-driven software solution provides highly accurate, seamless capture of supply and implant usage in real-time, and generates actionable insights to healthcare systems, enabling greater revenue capture and reduced waste, ultimately leading to better value of care and better outcomes for patients.

About the Role

As a Growth Operations Manager at AssistIQ, you will be an integral member of the growth marketing and sales team. We are looking for exceptional talent to help us drive our products to the next level of growth.

This is an amazing opportunity for a driven individual who wants to grow professionally with a fast-growing, well-funded health tech company. This role will work cross-functionally within the Marketing team, collaborating with peers across different teams (Product Management, Product Operations, Customer Success, and Sales).

We’re seeking a scrappy, adaptable team player — someone who is comfortable taking on a variety of tasks, regardless of size, to help drive business results and growth. They must be flexible, self-sufficient, a team player, a hands-on doer, a strategic thinker with an attention to detail, and passionate about healthcare.

What You Will Do

  1. Setup Marketing & Demand Generation for AssistIQ
  2. Support customer marketing initiatives, including working with Customer Success and our creative marketing team to develop case studies, testimonials, and other content that showcases customer outcomes.
  3. Support the Business Development and Sales teams with email campaigns, collateral and branding, and any pertinent, proactive data / trends.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to produce relevant content—web pages, articles, press releases, and campaigns—for target buyers.
  5. Plan, organize and attend virtual events (webinars) and industry conferences.
  6. Manage the Marketing asset library and internal product solutions resources.
  7. Develop product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonate with the buying audience.
  8. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and marketing campaigns.
  9. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing programs and sales enablement initiatives.
  10. CRM Management: Implement, configure, and maintain the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot), ensuring it's optimized for the sales team's needs, data accuracy and reporting.
  11. Oversee the sales funnel, ensuring that contacts can be seamlessly tracked and moved through each stage.
  12. Ensure regular follow-ups with contacts at each stage of the sales funnel.
  13. Develop tools, resources, and training for the sales team that they need to be successful, including content, presentations, and sales playbooks.
  14. Develop and implement improvements to the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Support sales team with customer demos and other customer communications.
  16. Assist in creating sales enablement tools such as competitive comparison guides, messaging maps, FAQs, PowerPoint presentations, and email templates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Technology, Hospital Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, customer marketing, or sales operations with high growth B2B SaaS companies.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills—both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical skills and business judgment, with the ability to identify market opportunities.
  • Motivated, creative, and analytical, with a strong ability to problem-solve.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for solving healthcare problems.

Benefits

  • Health insurance & Pension Plan
  • Fully remote position
  • Business travel
  • 3 weeks of vacation
