Position: Weekend Operations Manager (Full-Time)

Monogram Health is seeking a Weekend Operations Manager responsible for managing operational and administrative needs for a specialized clinical team on weekends. This role provides oversight to Advance Practice Providers (APPs), supporting market and organizational growth. Responsibilities include onboarding, calendar management, offboarding, expense reports, staff scheduling, and ensuring staff have necessary equipment and PPE. The ideal candidate must be highly organized and detail-oriented.

The individual will track and analyze staff productivity and utilization, especially for weekend shifts, and collaborate with regional leaders and managers to support operational initiatives. Daily interface with clinicians is required to support operations and enhance productivity.

Preferred experience includes healthcare in care management, managed care, or home health, with skills in performance analysis and productivity metrics.

Roles And Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for field staff during weekends.
  • Coordinate hiring and exits.
  • Review performance to ensure compliance with clinical and operational standards.
  • Track and report on staff productivity and utilization, identifying underperformers.
  • Coordinate scheduling between clinical teams and centralized scheduling.
  • Review mileage and expense reimbursements timely.
  • Assist with logistics for distributing educational and productivity materials.
  • Implement strategic priorities and drive schedule optimization.
  • Foster an engaging team culture.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Salesforce preferred.
  • BS/BA or equivalent experience.
  • Healthcare industry experience (healthcare, managed care, or supervisory roles) preferred.
  • This is a remote position with up to 25% travel.
  • Availability to work weekends (excluding holidays); additional hours on Fridays optional.
  • Strong accountability, organization, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
