Job summary

Jabil is seeking an Operations Development Manager II - US Growth to lead strategic operational improvements across its US sites. You will drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, optimize processes, and implement best practices to enable growth, productivity, and cost efficiency while aligning with business expansion plans.

You will collaborate with business development, sales and site leadership, manage project portfolios, and deliver training on new processes. Travel up to 75% is required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading large-scale operational improvement projects.
• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt desirable.
• Experience managing complex projects with budget and timeline accountability.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to support US growth.
• Lead cross-functional teams addressing new business integration and site expansion.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma to reduce costs and improve quality.
• Collaborate with business development, sales and site leadership to plan resources.
• Manage project portfolios including scope, timeline, and budget for initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and report on initiative effectiveness; adjust as needed.
• Provide SME guidance across manufacturing operations and supply chain.
