Job summary

Jabil Florence, KY seeks an experienced operations leader to head the Operations Department, driving efficiency, integrity, and enthusiasm while guiding the management team toward continuous improvement. You will recruit and develop Functional Managers, establish clear goals, manage costs and forecasts, and ensure exceptional service to customers, teammates, and shareholders.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 in management; a Master’s degree

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and training; 10 years work experience in a relevant Jabil position or equivalent external work experience, including 5 years management experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil’s software packages.

Responsibilities

• Lead Recruitment and Retention for Functional Managers, coaching in interviewing and hiring.
• Drive Employee and Team Development with ongoing training and succession planning.
• Oversee Performance Management with measurable goals and ongoing feedback.
• Communicate effectively and organize ideas in a professional business style.
• Define campus strategy and communicate directions to align with corporate goals.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and monitor cost trends.
• Develop and validate forecasts for the campus and compare to historical results.
• Foster technical excellence and best practices across facilities.
