Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to support US growth.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.
• Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to cut costs and improve quality.
• Collaborate with BD, sales, and site leadership to plan resources.
• Manage project portfolios: scope, resources, timelines, budgets.
• Conduct operational assessments and audits for compliance.
• Develop and deliver training programs for new processes.
• Monitor KPIs and report on initiative effectiveness.
• Provide SME guidance in manufacturing operations and logistics.
