Job summary

Muon Space is seeking a Director of Growth Operations to build and lead the operational backbone of our Growth organization. You will scale partner management, proposal management, technical writing, BD analytics, research, and pricing to enable growth targets.

This is a player-coach role reporting to the SVP of Growth. You will mentor a multidisciplinary team, develop scalable processes, and partner with Business Development, Mission Architecture, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Contracts, and

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business operations, proposals, or related BD support functions in aerospace/space sector.
• Experience building and managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with pricing and cross-functional coordination with Finance.
• Strong process design and program management to scale operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary Growth Operations team spanning partner management, proposals, technical writing, analytics, and pricing.
• Own end-to-end proposal operations, including schedules and resourcing, with capture leads.
• Develop partnerships and teaming agreements to strengthen Muon Space's position.
• Oversee pricing during stand-up and plan scaling as the org grows.
• Build BD analytics and competitive insights to guide strategy.
• Align operations with pursuit and delivery needs across functions.
• Establish metrics and reporting for wins, throughput, and performance.
