Qualifications

• 10+ years in demanding roles such as engineering program management or tech-based operations.
• Ability to translate high-level strategy into scalable processes and outcomes with technical nuance.
• Proven ability to drive complex technical initiatives to completion with measurable results.
• Operational acumen and strategic thinking to diagnose and scale growth.
• Excellent communication and influence across engineers, managers, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own operating cadence for Mission Execution leadership with weekly reviews and milestone tracking.
• Lead OKR planning and execution aligning milestones with company goals.
• Identify bottlenecks and build tools/workflows to run multiple programs concurrently.
• Spearhead high-impact initiatives in organizational design, staffing, and tooling.
• Act as SVP proxy in key meetings and communicate complex updates clearly.
