Marietta Dentist, a fee-for-service dental practice relocating to a brand-new facility just steps from Marietta Square, seeks a Practice Operations & Marketing Manager. You will own daily operations and the marketing engine that fills the schedule, reporting directly to the owner with budget authority.

This growth role isn’t front-desk-plus; you’ll drive outcomes, optimize production and collections, manage staff, and guide the transition to the new facility while building a scalable playbook

Qualifications

• 3+ years running operations in dental/medical or multi-unit service business.
• Fluent in practice metrics: production, collections, etc.
• Hands-on digital marketing experience with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Operations: daily production, collections, schedule utilization; know the numbers before asked.
• Team leadership: hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, accountability for front office and clinical staff.
• Systems & SOPs: document how work gets done, fix issues, make results repeatable.
• Patient experience from first call to final payment, including case acceptance and financing.
• Vendors, supplies, and facilities, including move to new location.
