Qualifications

• 3+ years running operations in a dental, medical, or multi-unit service business.

• Direct, organized, and proactive.
• Dental experience and Open Dental familiarity are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own daily operations: production, scheduling, collections, and budget adherence.
• Lead front office and clinical support staff with clear accountability.
• Document systems and SOPs; troubleshoot and improve processes.
• Manage patient experience from first call to final payment and financing.
• Oversee vendors, supplies, and the move into the new facility.
• Drive growth through Google Business, reviews, local SEO, paid ads, and referrals.
• Create and manage marketing content; measure cost per new patient and conversions.
• Coordinate agencies/freelancers; own marketing results and ROI.
