Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Product Growth Strategy & Analytics Lead for Starlink. You will identify growth opportunities, own end-to-end playbooks, and analyze consumer insights to optimize demand generation globally.

You will collaborate with Finance, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Support to refine pricing, packaging, and product improvements. The role demands strong strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and a track record in growth or consulting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of experience in management consulting, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, or business operations.
• 1+ years of experience using Excel for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Identify new growth opportunities and scale initiatives in key markets; develop offerings, business models, and channels.
• Own end-to-end playbooks for rolling out new products and growth initiatives from strategy to post-launch optimization.
• Assess consumer insights and analytics to identify winning and losing demand generation approaches.
• Lead development and execution of strategic programs (campaigns, new channels) to maximize global sales.
• Research industry and competitive landscapes to sharpen Starlink positioning, pricing, and packaging.
• Collaborate with Finance, Platform Software, Design, Product Engineering, Marketing, Country Growth, and Customer Support to drive product improvements.
