Valnet is seeking a Growth & Operations Leader to create and scale an insurance marketplace business. You will own end-to-end development of a VA loan lead generation platform, collaborating with engineering, BD, and executives to build a scalable, profitable venture.

The role requires an analytical, entrepreneurial operator who thrives in ambiguity, builds new ventures, and drives revenue growth through marketplace infrastructure, lender partnerships, and optimized unit economics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, finance, engineering, data science, or a related analytical field.
• Proven experience building, launching, or scaling a new business, product, or revenue stream.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to drive decisions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Full health insurance plan (including medical, dental, and vision).
• Competitive compensation plan and bonus structure.

Responsabilités

• Own the development and growth of Military.com’s insurance lead generation marketplace.
• Partner with engineering to build and optimize the platform’s infrastructure and user experience.
• Analyze audience, performance, and market data to identify growth opportunities and maximize revenue.
• Define product requirements, operational workflows, and growth strategies to ensure successful execution.
• Develop business cases, financial models, and revenue forecasts to support strategic decisions.
• Build and manage relationships with insurance lenders and financial partners.
• Expand the lender network and diversify revenue sources.
• Track marketplace performance and continuously improve lead quality, conversion rates, and profitability.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to execute growth initiatives.
