Job summary

Cadana is seeking a Growth Operations Lead to own and nurture a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the liaison across compliance, legal, and engineering to drive successful outcomes.

You will work closely with the Head of Growth, gaining visibility into new launches, ramping accounts, and net-new pipeline while maintaining a strong focus on contract coordination and operational delivery.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in account management, client operations, or growth roles, ideally in global payroll, payments, or fintech.

Responsibilities

• Full ownership of a portfolio of key client accounts, acting as the single point of contact across compliance, growth, and product.
• Coordinate KYB and compliance flows, entity documentation, and go-live readiness for new client launches.
• Review contract redlines and liability clauses with legal, flagging commercial implications before they become blockers.
• Manage ramping clients by tracking commercials, resolving operational issues, and keeping accounts on a path to scale.
• Produce Plan of Action documents and compliance information packets as client needs evolve.
• Support net-new pipeline by following up with prospective partners and guiding them through onboarding.
