Job summary

Zeus Fire and Security seeks an Operations Lead for the Organic Growth Team to unlock revenue by removing operational barriers across Zeus hubs. You will analyze data, partner with hub leadership, and implement repeatable processes to sustain growth in RMR, service, and cross-sell opportunities.

Based in the greater Philadelphia area with up to 50% travel, you will lead cross-functional initiatives, build playbooks, and scale successful practices while ensuring execution and measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive operations, service, installation, branch, or field leadership experience.
• Demonstrated track record of improving operational performance and business results.
• Experience in fire, security, field services, EPC, or other complex service environments preferred.
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities related to revenue, productivity, utilization, and margin drivers.
• Ability to influence local leadership and drive change without relying solely on direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Identify Growth Opportunities using data to find performance gaps limiting organic revenue growth.
• Remove Operational Barriers by aligning Sales and hub leadership and resolving staffing, scheduling, and deployment constraints.
• Drive Results with clear objectives, owners, timelines, and KPIs; measure revenue growth and productivity impact.
• Scale Successful Practices by standardizing proven methods across hubs and developing practical playbooks and tools.
