Job summary

Zeus Fire and Security seeks an Operations Lead to identify growth opportunities across hubs, using operational, financial, and customer data to remove barriers and implement repeatable processes. You will partner with hub leadership, sales, service, and installation to ensure growth opportunities are sold, scheduled, delivered, and sustained.

The role traverses one to two hubs at a time, focusing on improving operational execution to support RMR, service, and cross-sell growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive operations leadership experience.
• Experience in fire, security, or field services environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities using data to reveal performance gaps.
• Remove barriers by aligning Sales, hub leadership, and operations.
• Drive measured results with clear owners, timelines, and metrics.
