Job summary

Zeus Fire and Security is seeking an Operations Lead for the Organic Growth Team (OGT) to identify and remove barriers to growth across assigned Zeus hubs. You will use data to pinpoint revenue constraints, implement practical solutions, and establish repeatable processes that endure after engagement.

The role will be deployed to one to two hubs at a time, focusing on capacity, productivity, and execution to support RMR, service, and cross-sell growth, collaborating with hub leadership and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field required.
• 7+ years of progressive operations, service, installation, branch, or field leadership experience.
• Demonstrated track record of improving operational performance and business results.
• Experience in fire, security, field services, EPC, or another complex service environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of service and installation operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple locations.
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%).
• Standard work hours Mon–Fri, with occasional evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Identify Growth Opportunities using operational, financial, and customer data to uncover revenue constraints.
• Remove Operational Barriers by aligning sales, hub leadership, and field teams to enable growth.
• Drive Results with measurable initiatives, baselines, and performance metrics.
• Scale Successful Practices by standardizing proven methods across hubs and developing repeatable playbooks.
