Job summary

Zeus Fire and Security seeks an Operations Lead for Organic Growth Teams (OGT). The role identifies growth opportunities, partners with hub leadership and multiple functions to ensure sales, scheduling, delivery, and sustainability of growth initiatives.

Based in assigned Zeus hubs, you will drive capacity, productivity, and execution improvements, building hub capabilities for long-term autonomy after engagement ends, with travel to multiple locations as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
7+ years of progressive operations, service, installation, branch, or field leadership experience.
Experience in fire, security, field services, EPC or similar complex service environment preferred.
Willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

Identify growth opportunities by analyzing operational, financial, and customer data to uncover performance gaps.
Remove barriers by coordinating with sales, hub leadership, and other functions to enable new offerings.
Drive measurable results with clear objectives, owners, timelines, and metrics.
Scale successful practices by standardizing proven approaches across multiple hubs.
