Job summary

Zeus Fire and Security in Milwaukee seeks a Regional Sales Leader to drive organic revenue growth across the hub network. You will partner with Hub Presidents to shape growth strategies, coach regional sales leaders, and implement scalable practices that lift performance and profitability.

In this decentralized role, you provide expertise without direct authority, align cross-functional teams, and travel up to 50% to support opportunities, onboarding, and acquisitions as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive sales leadership or business development experience.
• Proven track record of driving organic revenue growth across regions or markets.
• Experience in fire, security, field services, or similarly complex service environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of service sales, pricing, and profitability.
• Ability to influence leaders without direct authority.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional growth strategy with Hub Presidents to identify opportunities for organic revenue growth across RMR, new business, retention, cross-sell/upsell, and pricing.
• Provide regional market insights to shape hub growth priorities and business plans.
• Coach local sales leaders to improve leadership effectiveness, capabilities, and performance.
• Support recruiting and succession planning with HR and assess sales talent.
• Identify capability gaps and implement practical solutions to strengthen sales orgs.
• Share scalable sales processes and best practices across hubs.
• Lead or support regional initiatives, including new offerings, cross-sell programs, and acquisitions.
• Travel to support operational initiatives and hub objectives as needed.
