Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Architect the Mobility growth strategy for the Americas, aligning regional initiatives with global objectives.
• Own end-to-end growth funnel to accelerate user acquisition, retention, and frequency.
• Lead regional planning cycles with Marketing Ops to translate business goals into scalable workstreams.
• Coordinate Brand and Performance teams to maintain a unified full-funnel approach.
• Manage budget alignment with regional realities and drive data-driven pivots when needed.
• Synthesize metrics into compelling narratives for leadership with investment and resource recommendations.
• Lead and develop a team, fostering accountability and consistent performance.
